The Carli Pintop Suspension System is the ultimate “jack-of-all-trades” setup, delivering exceptional on-road comfort while dramatically increasing off-road capability. Often described as the Backcountry on steroids, the Pintop smooths out harsh road imperfections while maintaining complete control during light to moderate off-road use, making it Carli’s most popular all-around system.

At the heart of the system are Carli-specific, blueprinted King 2.5” shocks at all four corners, offering 55% more piston surface area than standard 2.0” shocks. This increase in shock volume and custom-tuned valving provides superior ride quality, improved damping control, and consistent performance across varying terrain. The result is a balanced suspension system that performs just as well on the highway as it does off the pavement.

• Compatible with either progressive add-a-pack or full replacement rear leaf springs

• Full progressive leaf springs reduce payload capacity but improve ride quality

• Long travel airbags can be added to restore load capacity when needed

• Factory wheels should not be used with oversized tires due to clearance concerns

• Recommended setup: 17–18” wheels, max 9” width, ~5” backspacing with 37” tires
